Return and Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your product is purchased to request a return.

Please note if an order was cancelled after it shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. If your order is undeliverable for any reason and returned to us, you will be refunded less the shipping charges incurred to and from the destination.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@relyard.ca. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyer's remorse return

We will only accept returns within 30 days after your product is delivered. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund if the product was inspected and deemed still resalable. In either scenario, please note that any deemed non-resalable items, assembled or partially assembled items will NOT be accepted.

Please note it is your responsibility to pay for shipping and insurance (as you are liable for any loss in shipment), in addition to the original shipping cost to you. We will assist in creating return labels for you. This is a standard industry practice and the same for all of our competitors on returns, especially for large or heavy items as we sell. COD packages are not accepted. Any discounts given will be subtracted from returned merchandise refunds.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

For defective or missing parts, please contact us first for a quick resolution for replacement parts. We will assist the purchaser with any such claims if requested.

Refunds

The refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund takes 5-10 business days to process. Refunds will be made in the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
