Warranty
RELYARD provides a 1 year consumer parts warranty on all of our equipment. The commencement date of this warranty is the date of purchase and receipt of the complete warranty registration, warranty extends to the original purchaser only. This parts only warranty, warrants that the equipment will be free from manufacturer’s defects in material and/or workmanship. Product accessories, normal wear, commercial or rental use are excluded from this warranty. Processor’s with over 60 hours per year are considered commercial use.
How to claim:
Please send your request to sales@relyard.ca with:
- Original invoice.
- Videos and photos of the defected part.
- Name and number of the defected part in the manual.
The remedy for this warranty is that RELYARD will at its discretion provide replacement or repair parts to the original purchaser.
